Demand an end to restraining order abuses by the "protected" individuals

  • af: Daniel Rios
  • mottagare: California superior court judges
As it stands now, the protected individual may attempt to communicate with the restrained individual as much as they so please, whether it be for hateful or loving reasons. They can suggest and follow thru with meeting up in person, and have no consequences when discovered by the authorities, even when by it was their suggestions and proactive involvement with the restrained individual.

They essentially become an abuser themselves by way of intimidation. If successful contact is made, they now have the ability to control the restrained individual by demanding their wishes, or they will call the authorities. The propensity for a restrained individual to set themselves up for failure is too great. A simple addition to the orders that the judge issues, should be that it's also unlawful for the protected person to communicate and follow the same guidelines as the restrained person
